• You must not have had a previous ookbet account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

ookbet reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and eligibility of any player at any time and to request documentary evidence to support such verification, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (e.g., PhilSys ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on ookbet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your ookbet username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.
• All activities and transactions that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them.
• Notifying ookbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a compromise of your login credentials.

• Ensuring that you do not allow any third party, including family members, to access or use your ookbet account.

ookbet will never contact you via unsolicited message requesting your password or full payment card details. Any such communication claiming to be from ookbet should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

ookbet supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions on ookbet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the ookbet cashier page. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. ookbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the full KYC identity verification process before any withdrawal is approved.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, or accessing the Platform using a suspended or closed account identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to access or interact with the ookbet Platform without express written authorization.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any player who identifies a bug or vulnerability must report it to ookbet immediately and must not exploit it for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in card games or tournaments, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to deposit on ookbet, or attempting to use ookbet for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive conduct toward ookbet staff, customer support agents, or other players.

All content appearing on the ookbet Platform, including but not limited to the ookbet logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ookbet or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ookbet Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any ookbet content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ookbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.

ookbet does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect Platform availability, and ookbet will provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

ookbet's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ookbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

ookbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.
• Reasonable belief that the account holder is a minor.

Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded via the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements and deduction of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements.
